Clinical pilot terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Aluvity Care website, WhatsApp channel, and clinical pilot services. By creating an account, submitting an intake, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Not for emergencies. Aluvity is designed for non-emergency, asynchronous care. If you have chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or slurred speech, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another urgent symptom, call 112 or 122 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

1. The pilot service

Aluvity is in a limited clinical pilot. Alula, our AI intake navigator, helps structure your health history. Alula does not diagnose or prescribe. A licensed Nigerian doctor reviews your structured case and may issue a Care Plan, prescription, or lab request where clinically appropriate.

Access is intentionally limited so that every case receives adequate clinician time. Waitlist placement is not a guarantee of access.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent to your own care, or have a parent or guardian act for you where required by Nigerian law. You are responsible for keeping your email account and login codes secure. Do not share one-time codes.

3. Clinical scope

A doctor may decline to provide asynchronous care, request more information, or direct you to in-person assessment. A Care Plan is based on the information you provide and is not a substitute for a physical examination where one is clinically necessary.

Prescriptions and lab requests are issued by the reviewing doctor and may be subject to pharmacy or laboratory verification.

4. Fees

The pilot currently offers complimentary standard reviews unless a different fee is shown before you submit a case. If paid services are introduced, the price and included services will be shown before payment. Priority tiers and service credits are planned for a later phase and are not part of the pilot.

5. Consent and privacy

We process health information to provide care, coordinate prescriptions and labs, and meet legal obligations. We ask for consent when you create an account and when you submit a case. You can request access or correction of your records by contacting privacy@aluvity.com.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, attempt to access another person's records, misuse the service, probe our systems, or use the service for emergencies. We may suspend accounts that put patients, clinicians, or the service at risk.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions can be sent to care@aluvity.com.

These pilot terms are a plain-language operational document. They do not replace independent legal advice or statutory patient rights.
